The IQ Home Sensor family is great choice if you wisht to integrate temperature and humidity sensors into your IQRF based solution.
The temperature and humidity sensing is based on special sensor chips ( MCP9808, SHT21). There are multiple sub-versions of the sensor units, depending on the used sensor chips, the sensor shapes (internal, external, external with extension cable) and environmental protection levels (IP30, IP65). Because of the battery powered design, the sensor modules can be installed almost everywhere if proper radio communication is available. The maintenance times can be reduced by optimizing the number of queries and using sleep commands between queries.
